I’ll admit, I need to follow these tips myself, but here they are!
1) Batch cook for the week so you don’t have to spend all evening cooking
2) Go for a run in the morning so you’re tired by the time you should be going to bed (or at least try and do some kind of exercise throughout the day)
3) Start getting ready for bed at least an hour before you intend to sleep (e.g. brush teeth, have a shower and get into your PJS), so that all you need to do is climb under the covers!
