• Important of a good posture

This is something we dont often think about, that it can matter for our health how we are standing and sitting, but it impacts us far more than we know. For example, if we are standing with our sjoulders/back leaning forward it impacts our lungs to be compressed, which makes it harder to get good breathing, which for example negatively impacts the detoxifying of the body. A good breathing is essentail for health.

Also a good posture is doingsomethingwith your mind. When you walk uprogjt you also feel more secure and confident, which helps you to dare to be more social for example (which will help with the kindness challenges haha ;D)if you have a hard time believingthay you are valuable this can also be a good way of helpingyour thoughts to change, because walking upright can singalize to your subconsious that you are valuable; you are worth being seen and allowed to ’take space’, it helps you to feel confident in that you are loved (we do not need to be loved in the eyes of men, our only need for our source of love is God, and walking upright sends a signal to yourself of that confidence in that God loves and values you).

    Quote:

”Among the first things to be aimed at should be a correct position, both in sitting and in standing. God made man upright, and He desires him to possess not only the physical but the mental and moral benefit, the grace and dignity and self-possession, the courage and self-reliance, which an erect bearing so greatly tends to promote. Let the teacher give instruction on this point by example and by precept. Show what a correct position is, and insist that it shall be maintained.”
